Aeris Communications, a leading Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider based in San Jose, California, and Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) have signed an agreement for the transfer of Ericsson’s IoT Accelerator and Connected Vehicle Cloud businesses.
